The Amusing Story About Pandora Bangles
A great poem is a fountain forever overflowing with the waters of
wisdom and delight. This is a Greek mythology. A long time ago, there was no fire in the world,
so people ate raw food, feared of cold, lived in the midst of darkness.
Prometheus and his younger brother, Epmetheus, took pity on human kind.
Regardless of Zeus' ban, they stole the tinder from Apollo and sent to human.
Then human learnt to use the fire. Since then, the earth has been warm, we live
in harmony and happiness. After earned of this, Zeus got very angry and decided
to let the catastrophe come to human. He asked his son the fire god Hephaestus to make a woman with earth and name
it Pandora, means a people be grated all the advantages. Each god had given to
her something to make her perfect. Aphrodite gave her beauty, Hermes gave her
the gift of the gap,and Apollo gave her musical talent. Zeus gave Pandora a
sealed box, which filled with the scourge, disasters and plagues, and let her
give it to the man whom she was to marry. Zeus sent this beautiful girl to the
earth. People who saw this incomparable nice girl are all astonished. They
appreciated her very much, because there is no such beauty among human kind. Pandora immediately went to look for"the enlightened"-Epimetheus, he was the
younger brother of Prometheus,who was honest kindness for people.Prometheus
convinced Zeus to do malicious things for human and warned his brother
Epimetheus not to accept Zeus's gift. However, he didn’t listen to the advice,
and married Pandora. What Pandora brought to him in her arms was the sealed jar.
She opened the box out of curiosity when she had just walked near to
Epmetheus. Before Epimetheu see what gift was in the box, deleterious black smoke swift
flew out from the box. Black smoke which was full of disease, madness, disaster,
evil, jealousy, adultery, theft, greed and other kinds of scourge of people
scattered on the ground rapidly. However, when happiness and hope which were
secretly put in the box by Athena who wanted to save human did not get the
chance to skip out, Pandora closed the box. Therefore, mortal world was filled
with various adversities. It was said that Pandora opened the box for curiosity about the last thing
again! Some said, "What filed out of the jar are all scourges, and they exist at
every corner of the world, so it's lucky hope is left in hand that can help us
endure the unfortunate life." Others said, "What flied out is happiness, they
escaped, and the left hope is just empty mirage." In fact, the box stands for
disaster and evil! It was often treated as the roots of disaster and misfortune.
